Purchases and delivery

Clips and bundles are digital goods delivered by instant download after payment clears. Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable taxes at checkout. Download links remain available in your account indefinitely.

License grant

Each purchase grants the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights described on the license page. Ownership of the underlying files stays with Screenlark Studios and its contributors.

Refunds

Clips that have not been downloaded can be refunded within 14 days. Faulty files are replaced or refunded at your choice. Subscription downloads keep their licenses even after cancellation.

Contributor accounts

Contributors warrant they own full rights to uploaded footage and hold required releases. Screenlark Studios pays 70% of net sales monthly and may remove content that breaches quality or rights rules.

Fair use of the service

No reselling files as stock, no scraping the library, no sharing accounts beyond your plan's seats. Breaches may lead to suspended downloads after a written warning.
